Cupel checks the rule, works out whether it is the same rule as one it already has, a variation of a strategy it has, or a new strategy, tests it with trading costs, and rates it like every strategy in the catalogue. The test runs on Cupel's own machine and can take a while; you are e-mailed when it is done. The same rule as one Cupel already has runs nothing new: you get that strategy's results.
